The tent goes up on Friday Night, cooking and prep starts early Saturday morning
Every year our council donates there time and talents to make the St. Max Fall Festival a tremendous success. We prepare hundreds of Chickens and sausage for the dinner. There are also many Knights who volunteer in the various booths that are there.
