Fish Fries

Fish Fries 2012 will begin on February 24 and run until the Friday before Good Friday.  We always need lost of help so please  make your plans accordingly.

Our Fish Fry program is our most successful fund raiser.  Since we took it over years ago, we have turned it into a very profitable event.  In the first few years, the only thing on the menu was fried Catfish, French Fries, and salad  or Cole Slaw and a Drink.  

Now the menu has been greatly expanded to 3 different kinds of fish; Fried, Baked, and Blackened.  4 different sides; French Fries, Hush Puppies, Cole Slaw and Green Beans, and your choice of 3 different drinks,  Ice Tea, Lemonade, or Water.  

We take all the profits and donations,  add it to our scholarship fund.  This year we are offering 4 different scholarships for the youth in our parish.
