Our Council stared a Scholarship Program a few years ago to honor some of the outstanding students in our parish. This scholarship is only offered to the students in our parish and we have some tough qualifications to get it. It changes a little bit every year, hopefully for the better, and this year we will offer over $2500in scholarship money.
To fund this project, we hold 5 Lenten Fish Fries and the total proceeds are deposited into this fund. Ever year this project gets bigger and better.
The cost of a Fish Fry dinner is a low $7 for adults and $3 for the kids. The meal includes all you can eat Catfish, Fries, Cole Slaw, and Hush Puppies. We also offer Grilled Cheese sandwiches for the kids and those who don't like fish. We will also accept and contributions for the Scholarship fund
